Itinerary
Welcomed on arrival at Ayers Rock Airport and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy time at leisure for optional activities this afternoon.
Two Night Stay: Ayers Rock Resort, choice of hotel.
Day 2. Uluru (Ayers Rock), Kata Tjuta (Olgas)
View the sunrise over Uluru, before visiting the waterhole of Mutitjulu.
Alternatively, climb Uluru. Later, join the Mala Walk on a base tour of
Uluru, seeing caves and Aboriginal rock art. Explore Kantju Gorge. Visit the
Cultural Centre and Maruku Arts and Crafts Cooperative. This afternoon,
journey to Kata Tjuta to marvel at these 36 immense domes that dominate the
western section of the park. Join a walk into Olga Gorge and learn about the
unique flora, fauna and geology of the area. Late this afternoon, travel
back to Uluru to admire the sunset. Enjoy complimentary drinks as you
witness a spectacular natural light display.
Day 3. Uluru, Liru Walk
This morning visit the Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre before enjoying a
tasty breakfast. Later, join Aboriginal guides for the Liru Walk and see a
fascinating demonstration of Aboriginal bush skills. Transfer to the airport
this afternoon. (B)
